The SC Steel Clamp is manufactured in mild steel and thus has sufficient clamping force to meet the requirements of all pipe dimensions between 1″ - 14″ (25 - 355 mm) and wall thicknesses up to 15 mm. The adjusting screws are terminated with stainless steel balls. The tool can be used for welding in steel. Stainless steel sheet metal can be mounted on the SC Steel Clamp to use the tool on stainless steel, duplex and other high alloy steels.
